If you want to examine a photo more closely, you can open it and display it enlarged in a detail window by double-clicking on the thumbnail with the left mouse key. A detail window displays a photo in its maximum size. In this window, the photo can be further processed by using various commands.

The photo is usually displayed in its maximum size. By double-clicking on the photo, it can be further enlarged to fill the entire screen; double-clicking on it once more reduces it back to the size of the Multi-Document Interface (MDI) main window.
