Displaying plant profiles. You can display a plant profile in a plant list at any time. The profile of the active plant will then appear at the right-hand side of the screen. The plant profile consists of a descriptive text with one or more photographs, if available. Meanwhile, the plant list is still displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. If you switch to another plant, the profile will be updated automatically. Plant profiles can be displayed or hidden by using the command [Edit.Plant profile], or by clicking the toolbar icon
.

By checking the appropriate boxes directly above the plant profile, you can specify which data elements you want to display.
Data: With this checkbox, you designate all plant profiles created on the basis of the database criteria. The plant profiles are displayed.
Photos: The photo column displays <1> if a photo is available. The photo is displayed as a thumbnail in the plant profile window only if the 'Photos' box is checked. The photo can then be viewed enlarged by double-clicking on the thumbnail.
Texts: Additional text descriptions are displayed.
Output filter: The Plantus database contains comprehensive plant profiles. The high level of detail of these profiles is not always suitable for making comparisons between plants. If you are only interested in data elements that concern a particular topic, e.g. the site, you can define an additional output filter using the checkbox 'Data'. Using the output filter, you ensure that only a certain range of criteria is displayed.
