In accordance with Green Office goals, it is possible to create a link between the Perennials CD and the PPP Index. To create such a link, use the command [Edit.PPP Index]. First, a message will appear asking you for the PPP Index data folder; if you are working with the CD, the folder is called /PPPDATA. If the PPP Index is installed on your hard disk, the folder is called GREENOFFICE/PPPINDEX/GLOBAL. If this folder is correctly named, the screen will divide and the PPP Index supplier data will be displayed on the right-hand side. If there is a conflict of access with respect to the CD drive, the photo data will be deactivated upon display of the PPP Index data. The images will then no longer be available. If you run both systems (PPP Index and plant database CD-ROM) completely from CD, a Green Office link with only one drive, i.e. without a network, is not possible.
